We handle personal information in compliance with laws and regulations regarding the handling of personal information, including the Personal Information Protection Law, guidelines set by the government, and other norms.
2.Appropriate acquisition and identification of purpose of use
When we collect personal information, we will do so in a legal and fair manner, clarify the purpose of use, and collect personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In addition, we will use personal information within the range that does not deviate from the purpose of use. The purpose of using personal information in our company is as follows.

(5)For identification and contact, for those who enter our office and those who are contacted by telephone, fax, email, etc.
(6)To carry out our recruiting activities and related operations.
(7)For fulfilling contracts and paperwork with our fixed-term contract workers, dispatched workers, part-time workers.
(8)To carry out the business necessary for shareholders to properly exercise their rights.
(9)For paperwork such as social insurance and welfare related to the families of our officers, employees,etc.
(10)In addition, in order for the Company and its group companies to carry out the necessaray business activities for the persons concerned with the Company.
In addition, when using for purposes other than the above, we will notify or announce the purpose of use each time(However, if it is recognized that the purpose of use is obvious depending on the acquisition status, it is excluded unless it is necessary to notify and announce the purpose of use in other laws).
3.Prohibition of use other than the purpose
When using personal information, we will not use it beyond the scope of the purpose of use for which the consent of the individual has been obtained(use of personal information for purposes other than the intended purpose). In order to strictly adhere to this point, we will continue to carry out regular confirmation measures regarding the handling status of personal information within our company and checks by internal audit.
4.Prevention and correction of leakage / loss or damage of personal information.
We have established internal rules regarding the handling of personal information, and we will manage personal information appropriately by a management system in which whe manager of each department is responsible for everything from acquisition to disposal of personal information. In addition, we will introduce an entry/exit management system for business establishments, take safety management measures such as unauthorized access and virus countermeasures in computer systems, and throughly supervise our employees and contractors to leak personal information. We will endeavor to prevent it from being lost or existing.
Regarding this management system, if a nonconformity is found by an external organization, a complaint or an emergency, an in-house inspection,etc., we will promptly take corrective and preventive measures to prevent recurrence.
5.Restrictions on third-party provision
We will not provide personal information unless there are special circumstances, such as when we obtain the consent of the person, when required by law, or when it is deemed necessary to protect the rights and interests of a person's life or property. We will not provide it to a third party without the consent of the person.
